There’s nothing as productive as some “active rest” and doing something creative, with your hands is the most beneficial active rest you can get. Good for the mind, and the soul.
The sense of achievement after completing a creative task is second to none. Particularly for those who doubt themselves. There’s always one person in my classes who spends their time telling me they’ll be no good at this, that they won’t be able to do it. I just smile and say of course you will, because I don’t doubt anyone’s capabilities for a second. I have the utmost faith that if you’ve ended up sitting in front of me with a roll of sinamay in front of you, then you are more than able to create a headpiece!
I can hold up to 6 people in my cabin, but if you have a larger group, and you have the space, I can come to you.
